Buta Convention Center and Hotel

The Convention Center + Hotel will consist of a development for a

500-room hotel to rise next to the Buta Zega International Airport. The

conference hotel will have 500 rooms and once finished, it will be the

province’s largest convention center. There is no competition

foreseen in the near future.

The developer, A&M GTC Italia, will erect a Convention Center +

Hotel of 16 stories that will go up near the City of Buta.

The designer, X Consultants International, will design the facility to

include a restaurant, rooftop bar, amenity decks with pools, spas,

banquet and meeting rooms. The design will also include a resort

type swimming pool on the ground floor as well as electronic screens

in the ballrooms and meeting rooms to display art, ads, conferences

meeting materials.

The goal is to have guest hotel rooms within walking distance of the

convention center and the Buta Zega International Airport. With more

hotel rooms available, people could experience easier accessibility

also to the ne City of Buta Cultural Center, and Sport Complex.

The Buta Hotel Resort and Convention Center will add and enhance

the experience of the visitor and traveler. It will be a positive tourism

factor for the City of Buta and district.
