The project will consist of a cultural facility which shall be used for the people of Region Buta, which will include programming, production, presentation, and exhibition of any of the arts and cultural disciplines:

• Classes for Music, Dance, Theatre, Creative writing, Literature, Architecture,

Painting, Sculpture, Folk arts, Photography, Crafts, Media arts, Visual arts, and

Programs of Museums

• Temporary exhibits

• Live performance

• Film showings research center

• Studio spaces for classes

• Discussion groups

• Community meeting rooms

• Artisans exhibits

• Workshops spaces
