• New air traffic controller tower
• New taxiway and existing runway restoration
• New airlines and maintenance services hangars
• New fire station and airport services support services
• New heliport facility
• New A&M support hangars
• New A&M security complex and support hangar facilities
• Community meeting rooms
• Artisans exhibits in the Terminal
• Green public spaces
