• General refurbishment of the Hotel Bambu.

• General refurbishment of the Rancho Hotel.

• Implementation of a Public Lighting for the entire Isle of Youth.

• Dredging of the Marina Canal. 

• Construction of the Jucaro River infrastructure works. 

• Construction and Recovery Mineral Water Bottler. 

• Refurbishment and modernization of Hotel Colony. 

• Remodeling and modernization of the El Mojito boat dock.

• Construction and recovery of roads, overpasses and bridges. 

• Construction and recovery of the Ferry Terminal. 

• Construction and recovery of the Malecon tourist area. 

• Modernization of water supply and sewerage infrastructure, electrical, 

telephone and gas system. 

• Supply of electric vehicles of different specializations of Zero Emission for all 

tourist activities in the Isle of Youth as well as infrastructure of services and 

energy supplies for them. 

• Rescue of the ceramic industry of the Isle of Youth in the National Interest and Tourism. 

• Hotel and extra hotel facilities 

• Health Centers. 

• Specialized medical care centers. 

• Housing projects that include banks, hotels and office spaces.

• Several governement buildings. 

• Urban agricultural and livestock farms to support tourism, and others who demand the 

project.
