The program got underway upon the arrival of the first crew into DRC on Saturday February 23, 2019. After sorting out visas the crew left to site and was followed 2 weeks later by the second crew led by John Rae.
To date approximately 25 samples have been taken from the various drainages and larger Uele River to check for alluvial gold and diamonds.
